When will my order arrive?
Every piece is printed after you order. It leaves our studio in 3–5 working days and usually reaches you 2–6 days later, anywhere in India. Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
A flat ₹100 per order, added at checkout before you pay.
How can I pay?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, through Razorpay's secure checkout.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We collect it at our cost and reprint it or refund you in full. Returns & refunds
Can I return something I no longer want?
Each piece is printed for your order, so we cannot take it back for a change of mind. Please check the size on the product page before ordering.
Why can I see fine lines on my piece?
3D prints are built in 0.2 mm layers of PLA, and the layers show. Fine lines and small colour differences between spools are how a print looks, not a fault.
Can I cancel an order?
Write to us as soon as you can. If your piece has not started printing, we cancel and refund in full.
