Three to five working days from the order. That covers the print itself, cooling, cleaning up the piece and packing it.

A large piece, or several pieces in one order, can take longer. So can a print that fails partway and has to be started again — which happens, and is the reason the window is a few days rather than one. If your order is going to fall outside it, we will write and tell you before the window is up rather than after.

A flat ₹100 per order, anywhere in India, however many pieces are in it. It is added at checkout and shown with your order total before you pay.

When your order leaves the studio we email the courier and the tracking number. Delivery is usually two to six days after that, depending on how far it is going.

Tell us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it — see the returns policy for what to send us.
